DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES
All product descriptions published in the online catalog are as accurate and updated as possible. The images of each product are as accurate as possible, however the same may differ insignificantly from the product purchased, for example in color, shape and size. For a better display of the products offered, some images are enlarged compared to the original and therefore not in 1: 1 scale. All weights and measures may be subject to approximation.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Orders are considered accepted only after a manager of www.demineralibus.com has sent the customer an e-mail confirming receipt and confirmation of the order (generally within 24 hours from the order) and it has been correctly received by the customer. In the event of a shipping address other than the customer's residence provided during registration and despite sending the order confirmation e-mail, www.demineralibus.com reserves the right to make the acceptance of the order subject to verification of the residence. also by requesting the transmission by fax or e-mail of a copy of suitable documentation (identity card, credit card, etc.). www.demineralibus.com reserves the right at its own unquestionable judgment to subordinate the acceptance of orders even despite the sending of confirmation at the end of the purchase procedure to the sending by the customer of an adequate advance price to guarantee the withdrawal of particularly high value and / or personalized goods based on specific requests. The amount of this advance is agreed from time to time with the customer.
AVAILABILITY'
www.demineralibus.com undertakes to send the items ordered and available in stock in the time indicated at the time of the order and, in any case, within 15 working days from the confirmation of the order itself, except for direct notification to the customer. Items not immediately available in stock are sent as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from order confirmation. The customer will be promptly informed of the dispatch of the orders processed by e-mail containing the parcel tracking code when available.
SHIPMENTS AND INSURANCE
www.demineralibus.com ships to Italy. For reasons related to the particular nature of the products handled, www.demineralibus.com does not ship to countries where, at its sole discretion, the safety conditions necessary for the transit and delivery of valuable goods are not guaranteed. Customers residing in countries where shipments are not permitted will not be able to complete orders on the site. Shipments are made by specialized express courier or by insured or registered mail. Once the shipment has started, the customer can check the geographical location of the parcel at any time through a special section on the shipping company website, by entering the tracking code provided at the time of shipment. The aforementioned service is not provided by www.demineralibus.com, therefore, it does not guarantee in any way its use or correctness of the information reported. For the withdrawal of each shipment, signature by an adult is required. The shipping address is the one indicated by the customer when purchasing online, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. In no case will shipments be made to PO boxes, mail boxes and the like. Note: EU area shipments. The sales with final destination included within the EU are inclusive of VAT at the rate in force in Italy and no other charges or taxes are charged to the customer.

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving reasons within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of any product for sale on the site. The right of withdrawal is subject to the existence of the following conditions:
- The products must not show signs of wear, abrasions, scratches, breaks or scratches such as to compromise their resale. as a "new product"
- The accompanying tag, if present at the time of delivery, must not have been separated or removed from the object.

The shipping costs incurred by the customer for the returned goods are refundable only in the event of an error ascertained by www.demineralibus.com and in no other case. www.demineralibus.com reserves the right to refuse returns of goods that present in whole or in part evident signs that the same has been damaged and / or altered. www.demineralibus.com will re-credit the amounts paid by the customer with the exclusion of the shipping costs incurred at the time through the same means used for the payment of the order within 15 working days from the receipt of the return. Other means of reimbursement other than the original means of payment may be agreed upon as appropriate. www.giogems.com will then inform the customer about the acceptance of the return and authorize him to send the package containing the goods subject to the return in scrupulous respect for the following methods:
- The returned goods must be carefully placed in the original packaging and then in a padded envelope of adequate size and consistency, sealed in the openable points with personalized tape or, alternatively, with normal parcel tape signed crosswise to make it unique and not replaceable with another similar.
- The name and address of the recipient and the sender (crossed out) must be clearly indicated in the envelope
- The envelope and any accompanying documentation must absolutely not include words such as emerald, gems, diamonds and / or similar words that can make you understand the contents of the same.
- Returns of goods that have been personalized for the customer by means of engravings, special sizes and lengths and the like are not allowed.
- Returns of diamonds supplied in sealed packaging are not allowed if the package has been opened and / or tampered with (eg: certified diamonds in sealed blister).
- The insurance costs and those relating to the transport of the returned item are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer fails to insure the object returned during transport, he remains the one and only responsible in case of loss or theft of the same.
- For objects of considerable value, the customer is required to agree directly with www.demineralibus.com to send a trusted courier who will collect the returned goods. In this case, the insurance and transport costs will be borne by the customer.
- www.demineralibus.com is not liable for any loss, theft or damage of returned goods.
PACKAGING
All purchased products are sent in pre-established packaging at no additional cost. Packages other than those specified are optional and have an additional cost to be agreed by e-mail. The packaging could vary in shape and color compared to those published on the site which could be considered purely exemplary. Certified diamonds are sent in the sealed blister pack supplied by the manufacturer, which in turn is placed in the envelope containing the original certificate. Each shipment is packaged in a high-strength padded envelope and sealed with adhesive tape.
